mail and calendar sync

OK Having life the big company I signed up for zoho mail, in effect to replace my old exchange account. I have mail set up it syncs nicely with my outlook 2010 and also my smart phone service. Calendar is the problem. I tried the normal calendar lug in and it does not seem to support 2010, i downloaded the crm outlook plug in (I have a crm account but dont use it yet). However it wont activateor maybe requres a further subscription. All I want to be able to do is sync my zoho calendar with outlook and my phone , Can anyone help please
