Mail.app on El Capitan having problems connecting to Zoho Mail

Mail.app gets stuck while trying to download new mail. I can see the mail via the web interface but cannot receive.

I gave an IMAP account.

Any known bugs with El Capitan?

Going crazy.....help would be appreciated.
