MAIL BLOCKED, PLEASE HELP UNBLOCK ASAP

Hi there,

We have currently upgraded to a paid account but we get this message whenever we try to send out message:

Sender Address Blocked

Could you please help fix this issue ASAP? Two addresses have been blocked and it's causing a serious problem for our business. I have already sent messages to support@zohomail.com hours ago but no response yet.
