Hi,

1 mail box got "MAIL BOX DISABLED" status since 4 days, The reason was that there were 7 users and 5 Licenses (as per some automated email I got from Zoho)

I deleted 2 users and contacted Zoho mail support several times and got no reply

Anyone could help or suggest what to do !
