If this has been discussed before then I'm sorry but I can't find it.

I've read somewhere on the interweb that checking the same account from multiple devices at roughly the same time can give errors.

I have this problem. Ever so often when the email client (TheBat Pro) checks for email I get an unspecified error and no email arrives. The same account is on my iPhone and gets checked regularly. There seems to be an overlap sometimes. The iPhone is always on so those intervals are the same 24/7, the email client I open at different times every day so the intervals vary. The problem resolves itself after a short while.

Basically I can live with that despite it being slightly annoying.

My questions are, can I do something about that?

Would that behaviour change if I upgraded my account to one of the paid for plans?
