In the account menu, under security>device sign-ins, includes a "Mail Client Sign-In." It shows a "mail client sign-in" from another state I don't reside at. However, there is nothing suspicious under "Sessions" so it doesn't seem like someone has actually logged in. 

I use Zoho and IMAP though Outlook.

Is this mail client sign-in something to be concerned about?
