New emails not being received.

New email counts against folder names not matching number of emails listed.

Using the mobile app, new emails do show but appear as from 'undisclosed' with blank contents.

i assumed these emails were blank and since they had no content i deleted them but now believe they were very important emails about a job i applied for. i need to view the content desperately but can't get a message sent to the support team.

i have no idea what to do, i need the emails recovered.
