Mail, CRM and autofetch setup

I am a Zoho free CRM user, just signed up for mail so I could get the emails tied up to my contacts and potentials. Problem is, when I view my mail in Zoho (the mail under my domain name ) it says autofetch needs authentication.

1. I received the ownership confirmation mail in my gmail account and clicked on it.
2. Zmail did bring in all my gmail and put it under my Gmail name.
3. Zmail does not recieve any more of my gmail
4. When I follow the red "authentication needed for autofetch" box and edit my gmail account in Zoho, it will not accept the password for Gmail I enter (yes its the correct pw).
5. When I select the blue enable link on my mail acc9ount listing nothing happens.
6. In Zmail addon setup it says Zoho mail configuration is active.
7. My Gmail account is the default mail account in Zoho.

Setting up the Zmail addon is very confusing.
