Mail Deleted from IMAP Client, but still in Inbox on Webmail

Hi,

I am using OS X Mail on 10.9.1 as my mail client, as well as on my iPhone and iPad. All are using IMAP.


In Mail on OS X, when I delete a message, the change is reflected on all my other IMAP devices, but if I log into webmail (http://mail.zoho.com), the message is still shown in my inbox.

This seems a fundamental issue. Is it a known problem? What do you recommend. If this is not resolvable I fear I might have to leave Zoho Mail and revert to self hosted or google apps hosted email.

Please advise or a resolution ASAP, as this is causing my email to be unusable.
