My inbox mail has been emptied at some point without me doing anything. It is not just my mail client, I am looking at the web interface, and all inbox email is gone!

I don't see any possibility that I could inadvertently delete it. I checked my mail few hours earlier - everything was fine. I am checking it now - it is gone. 

Another issue, my trash email folder goes only 1 week in the past. Why the hell is that? I haven't emptied my trash folder, why can't I see anything beyond 1 month ago?

I need urgent help figuring out if someone hacked my account or this is a bug in the system, or what else could happen. I also need Zoho to restore mail.
