Dear reader,
We have big problems getting e-mail from ZOHO CRM delivered. A lot of the e-mails send from the CRM to multiple recipients is placed in de SPAM folder from our clients.
We have placed the underneath mentioned DKIM signatures for notifications.zohocrm.com, sender.zohocrm.com and mailer.zohocrm.com in our DNS. We have added the SPF with the transmail.net domain.
Should we consider adding a DMARC policy? What is best practice? How to adjust the ZOHO CRM for this?
Please help, this is disrupting our proces.
