Mail DNS settings Cloudflare

I use cloudfæare and currently have
  1.  An A record named mail which points to my current server IP
  2. A MX record mydomain.com mail handled by mail.mydomain.com with priority 0.

Should I delete both A record and MX record and just add the info mentioned on  https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/configure-email-delivery.html#alink2
