Mail dragging really really badly

Any idea when you guys are going to get the mail fixed? It's been dragging really really slow all morning and sometimes not even loading at all. When you click on a certain email address it just says "Loading" forever and never loads. Please advise my entire company is sitting here doing nothing right now.
