Mail Failure notice, bouncing off of us?

Mail Failure notice, bouncing off of us?

Hi - I received a "bounced" message in my mail. It told me the outgoing Mail Delivery Failed for an item that I do not recognize, did not send, and nor did anyone here -- though the mail "used" our domain name there is no such sender ...

Is it possible someone we do not know is bouncing off of our domain to send things to others we do not know?

To whom should I forward the Failed Delivery Message for review?
