Mail fetch problem

I have zvo version 3.2 build 3201 installed. Everything has been working fine with mail fetch - automatic, every couple of minutes as configured.

I noticed a week or so ago that I was not getting mail (three users I'm the admin). Went into settings, admin, accounts, show mail fetch details and saw that for me (at that time not the other users) that my mail fetch last/next executed times was out of date - i.e., was not current and it was not fetching my mail automatically.

Today, same thing, except that now I notice it is not updating for all three of us - i.e., it seems as it the scheduled mail fetch operation has stopped functioning.

If I go into mail and select mail fetch - that seems to work ok (I assume same ofr the other users but have not asked them).

I did send the log (via the send log files option is settings, admin) to the support team so you guys should have that.
