Mail file migration

Hi, could you please confirm if there is any way of migrating my mails/folders etc from Yahoo to the free Zoho account?

I'm a long-term (ex-talk21!) Yahoo account holder and I'm not prepared to be ripped off by them anymore.

Would like to use a soho account, but if anyone could advise any way at all of migrating my yahoo to my soho (free) I would be most grateful!
