I received a mail delivery notice last night. The message stated the following:
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.
I first reached out to my website host since the email notification came through them. The representative helped me figure out that it is a mail filter problem.
I am wondering how this issue can be fixed so the 6 recipients that could not receive an email notification will be able to next time.
