Mail Forward Failure

We got this Mail Forward Failure today on a zoho account that forwards to gmail.

It might be a one time deal as I was able to email with the employee through their zoho account which forwards to a gmail account after the incident. However, we would like for it to not happen again. 

Any suggestions?
