"Mail Forward Failures"

"Mail Forward Failures"

Hi,
I'm using zoho mail to host my domain with my permanent Email address and forward the mail to my Gmail account.
I've started receiving a ton of notices from the zoho mailer-deamon threatening to shut me down if I send too many undelliverable bulk emails. I'm not a bulk mailer, I don't know what this means, or what to do about it.

"Our system has detected an unusual rate of unsolicited mail originating from your IP address"

Are they talking about my IP address? I'm not sending this spam - someone is sending it to me. Does the " forward failure" mean that Zoho will not forward it to me because they perceive it as junk? Will they quit forwarding my mail if too many people send me junk mail? Help!

Fred
