Mail forwarding failure - Host not reachable

I am trying to forward my emails from Zoho to Microsoft 365 and many but not all of my messages are getting a forwarding error saying that Host is not reachable.  The bounced messages are getting forwarded but the original messages are failing occasionally.  Any ideas on why?
