I had setup my account so that e-mails sent to my alias would forward through to a non-Zoho account. That was working fine, but I now need to change the non-Zoho account to a different non-Zoho email and for some reason I am getting a restricted error telling me to contact the administrator. I am the super-admin. I was able to add the new email under the Mail Forwarding section in control panel, verify it, and activate it without any problem. However, when I went to change the filter setting in my zoho e-mail account settings, I got the restricted error. I had made zero changes in the time between setting up the original forwarding setup and this one. No account changes, no organization changes, no policy changes. Not sure why it suddenly has become restricted. After I got that error I did try to see if changing my account's policy settings made a difference or if I needed to re-login to my account to allow the changes to take place, but had no luck with either option. Now I'm at a loss as to what I can do to get this working again. I deleted the old forwarding rule prior to trying to add the new one, so now I am not getting anything forwarded.
