Mail I send does not arrive; mail sent to me does not arrive either.

I set up a zoho account a few days ago, then realized that most of the messages I had been sending people had not arrived. I also found that I was not receiving messages that other people have sent me. Apparently I am receiving some of them, but I have no idea how many are not getting to me. I have the account set up for POP & IMAP. To narrow the problem down, I added the feature that automatically forwards your zoho mail to a separate email account (in this case, gmail) and I do get the messages in the gmail account, but they never show up in zoho whether it's POP or IMAP.

I don't have time to keep trying to fix this problem. It should have worked right away as soon as I opened the account, just like at gmail. 

I'm willing to make time to work with you on solving this for one day, and no more. Gmail has serious privacy issues, which is why I found zoho, but I'm not a programmer and can't fix your bugs.
