I have not sent any single email by today date 2016-12-19. but still when i tried to send today's first mail it shows following error.

"Unable to send message;Reason:550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit."

Even I'm facing this problem since 1 week just after sending 20-25 emails. it also does not shows option to unblock it while in another PC it shows full error with unblock option "Click here to unblock."

Kindly Resolve this issue. and also let me know all the limits hourly/daily and per Email ID, per Conversation of sending (count as well as size), receiving (count as well as size) mails.

please check all the settings of my email id and let me know if any changes / setting required to do on my alternate email vasantecservices@gmail.com.

if I'm doing anything wrong while sending mail then also let me know Rules to be follow for sending the mails. so I'll take care of it.
