When sending mail from a client such as Outlook 2013 to a recipient reaches them as SPAM, but if you send from the site mail.zoho sends it smoothly. As I configure Outlook?

We have set up SPF and domainskeys for our domain.

For example if the julianmunera@une.net.co sending mail from the Outlook 2013 client appears as SPAM.
