Mail is requiring cell phone verification, but I have multiple accounts

I'm starting a new business, and am working on setting up email. The problem I'm facing is that in order to even begin, Zoho Mail is requiring that I verify the account by receiving a code to my cell phone it appears. 

Unfortunately, when I put in my cell phone, it says that is already in use. This is a big problem, as I'd like to use the service to assist many other clients and set up their emails initially. Please let me know a work around to this, as I don't see any way to fix this. Thanks.
