Mail issue

Hi,

Mail from my 3rd party inbox is being received in the zoho mail inbox. However, the inbox is not synching, it just keeps adding mails. Even deleted mails remain. Also my folders are not copied. Is there any setting required to get my folders into zoho mail and keep them synched along with the inbox mail.
