It is common for a contact, lead, etc to have more than one email address, and these may be easily added to their record. However, mail magnet only filters in the emails that are associated with their primary email address with field name "Email". Is it possible to have the emails from all of the email addresses to be filtered in? If so, please explain how.
If this feature is not possible, I suggest that the Zoho team add the feature - so that all emails from any email address in a record is filtered in by mail magnet. Please advise if in development and when it may be implemented.
