Mail Merge

Hi, I'm completely new to Zoho CRM. I want to start creating a number of databases for both prospects and existing clients whom I will be direct mailing ( hard copy not email) on an ongoing basis as part of a new marketing campaign. Can anyone advise me how best to create a mail merge in Zoho CRM? I would appreciate your assistance & advice with this as I am a complete newbie! Many thanks.
