I have signed up for the 30 day mail merge trial. I have downloaded and installed the plug in, and seem to have created a template in MS Word. I have created the mail merge folder and uploaded the templates I had previously created.
With the directions printed out and in hand, I am attempting to perform a mail merge but when I click on
More Actions (waaaaaaaaaay down at the bottom of the page), Mail Merge does not show up as one of the options.
Any suggestions?
