Hello ,
I was wondering if theres a way to track activity of mail merge documents activity. For example everytime we get a new client they have to receive a welcome packet and not all of our clients have emails (servicing senior citizens) , so sometimes we have to print it for them.
I realized theres no "tracker events". I also noticed that when you email from the mail merge view the system doesnt log the email in activities.
Is there some type of workaround ?
