I cannot believe how difficult it is to set-up simple mail merge functionality in Zoho CRM.
I have looked at the forum and have found people having lots of issues so I have a very simple question:
Does anyone actually have a Mail Merge template, that produces address labels and can be uploaded and utilised in Zoho without the need to export data, or use Word plug-ins?
If so, is there any chance you could share it with me, please.
I am able to export data, and use this to create mail merge labels. I am able to use the plug-in to do it. But both of these methods are not simple and require other systems outside of Zoho.
Any help would be appreciated! Cheers
