I've created a custom module in Zoho CRM because my business deals with several types of contacts and the information needed for each category is very different, but one of the things I need to be able to do with each of these modules is mail merge and print letters / documents.

In the stock modules, I can select the leads / prospects I want and mail merge, but that doesn't appear to be an option for the custom modules.

How can I get around this?
