it would be nice if the mail merge documents available to the user could be based on crm data field criteria.

example:

- if Stage = "criteria"

- then show document in mail merge list

- if it does not meet "criteria" then do not show document

this could help in guiding users to the correct document when using mail merge in a module with many documents need at different stages.
