Mail Merge for Print Documents

I understand ZOHO CRM cannot generate printable (PDF) mail merge documents, but is there a way to export filtered data (either from a View or Report), or by selecting records in a list, to create a csv that could then be used to merge a letter or letters in Word?

Exporting all records of an entity would not work well if you just want to send a letter to a lead or contact, or, a handful of people.
