Mail Merge format Issue

Hi,

I've built 2 mail merge templates, one in Word that I then imported directly into Zoho writer and one that I imported from Word into Zoho writer via a text editor (so that any Word format controls are removed). But when I send an email using either template the first 6 lines of text are missing. If I put 6 blank lines at the start of both templates in Zoho writer then all the text appears in the email, but there are 6 blank lines at the top and it looks ridiculous.

What's the problem?
