I have created a mail merge template for welcome letters that we send to all new customers. I was having a problem with the information not populate the various inserts but found it to be the browser I was using (Chrome). No I have stumbled across another issue, we have changed the Address fields from Zip and State to Postal Code and Province as we are in Canada but when I try to do a mail merge insert on my template it will only give me <<Contacts_Mailing_State>>. When I try to do the mail merge it forces me to have to redirect to the proper links, is there a way I can fix this?
