Quite often we need to send a mail merge from a created template to only one contact.  The problem here is that we have to view the list view to find the contact and then if that contact does not show up we have to search etc which can be quite time consuming.  All we need is a "Mail Merge" button or section like email that we can click once while we are in the contact record and create the letter, and it would be even better to be able to attach a copy of that letter with the merged information into the client record as well.
