Hello. I recently created an Zoho Writer account plan template using Zoho CRM's mail merge feature. However, once I create the template, I am unable to edit it. I can't edit it within CRM and I can't find it when I am in Zoho Writer. How do I make changes to a template that I want to use to merge data from CRM?
