I'm working on a client's CRM. They want to integrate Zoho Sign with the CRM  by creating a mail merge template and have some values pre-populated from a module's data. But they also want to be able to add extra information that isn't available in the module.

I thought Fillable Fields would be able to meet this need. When I use the "Send For Zoho Sign" button it goes opens up a new window where I can choose the mail merge template, however, it doesn't show the document so I can fill in the Fillable Fields. I continue on to Zoho Sign where I review the document but still I cannot find any Fillable Fields to fill in.

Is it possible to have some fields automatically filled in by a module's data AND Fillable Fields that can be filled in by the user? If so when is it the user able to fill in the Fillable Fields?
