Mail merge with related records
Hi there,
I've hit a road block with mail-merge. I need to grab data from a related record, but that doesn't seem to be possible. Is there any way to get around this? The only thing I can think of is to use the CRM API and manually create my own Mail Merge system using a Zoho Creator HTML view or PHP.
