Mail Merge - Zoho CRM

I have a user in my organization that is trying to use the Mail Merge option from the Deals Module. Each time they try to run the mail merge, they get a blank screen. Other users in the organization with the same permissions do not have this issue. Please take a look and let me know why this is happening and how to solve it?

The user is Joe Cooper,
His Profile is Estimator
His Role is Estimator

The Module he is trying to mail merge is the Deals Module
The Mail Merge is called Submit Quote_Jerry

Please Advise
