By migrating mails from Zoho to Office 365, it only migrate a small portion - around 40MB (out of 2.5GB) in the mailboxes. Only few folders are with mail and other folders are empty. Questions follows; 

1) Is a free account user cannot migrate mails out from ZOHO? MUST be Paid user?

2) or there are firewall limiting the outward migration.
