Mail migration problem- Zoho doesn't find my ne account?

Hello there,

I am trying to migrate all the email from my old server to Zoho, and have followed all the instructions. I am now at the point where the migration data has been inserted and  the new migration has to be started, but when I click on "Start" it says "add accounts before migrating" despite having one already.  Can somebody please help?
