mail migration "Unable to connect to the server" when adding migration source and target accounts

I always get Unable to connect to the server when trying to add source and target accounts. Could you help me with it?
I tried both IMAP and POP, ssl certificate seems to be ok, I do not know what else to check. Please help me to solve it.
