mail.mydomain.com error

Hi there,

While trying to acces my mail through the link mail.mydomain.com I get the following notification:

Oops. We are unable to process your request.

For any support or queries, kindly contact support@zohomailsuite.com

I've set up a A record in my DNS settings like this:

subdomain: mail
content: 72.5.230.89

Could you please help me solve this problem?
