mail.mydomain.com is not taking anwhere

mail.mydomain.com is not taking anwhere

Hi,

I have changed MX records of my domain and validated the domain in zoho control panel, I can very well log in using the email address created.
But if I go to mail.mydomain.com in browser..it doesn't takes me to an or zoho mail login page? Am I don't somthing which is not supported?
Is there other url i need to give my users so that they can check thier mails?
