Mail not arriving

I have my mail set up with mail being forwarded from an outside address (Myrealbox) to my Zoho account. I have noticed that the only mail i seem to recieve is that addressed especially to my Zoho account, with the forwarded mail not arriving. I have had a step up with the mail being forwarded to Gmail for many years without issues. Would apprieate a response.
