Mail not reaching recipient (no error message received)

I am trying to send e-mail to a rather long e-mail address. For some reason the mails will not get through. I have tried from another e-mail account that is not Zoho Mail and that works fine. The e-mail is  julbord.Scandinavia.gothenburg@radissonblu.com

Any solutions?? It's particularly bad since neither them nor we get any error of delivery message. Just lost in cyber space!
