Mail Outgoing blocked

Hi,

I am sending 63 emails to recipients who referred their email addresses, but it seems some are not valid, so I got the Outgoing mail blocked after 10 bounces. Does it unblock itself, or must it be done manually? Will it happen again if I get 10 more bounces off the remaining 21 emails I still have to send?
