Mail Outgoing blocked

Hi,

I do not know why I got this message: Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Mail Size Quota Exceeds Limit [Total Mail Size=307,200], I only send one mail whith an attachment of 3 MB.

I rarely use this email and do not understand why is block.
